What is Feng Shui?
Feng Shui is an intuitive and scientific method of placement; it is design with conscious arrangement and selection, integrating space with intention to create harmony, balance, and transformation in sync with the people who occupy the space.
The words Feng Shui means "wind" and "water", symbolizing the interconnectedness and blending of the mind and body, the intellect and emotions, spirituality and materiality, the unseen and seen, heaven and earth.
At the 'heart' of Feng Shui is the observation of the proper flow of Chi, life force or prana, the energy which can be found in all things, which links all animate and inanimate manifestation, from the vastness of all life in the universe, on the earth, and our physical bodies to the pets, plants, furniture, and carpeting in our homes. Effective Feng Shui placement creates harmonious chi flow- energetic movement that is not too slow and not too fast.
